U. z 2024 r. poz. 87) z wyłączeniem przepisów ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. – Prawo zamówień publicznych na podstawie art. 11 ust 5 pkt 2, na świadczenie kompleksowej usługi polegającej na zaaranżowaniu wystawy dzieł artysty Billa Violi w ramach aranżacji wystawy prezentującej dorobek artystyczny Billa Violi, wraz z zapewnieniem infrastruktury technicznej. Wystawa dzieł będzie prezentowana w siedzibie Centrum Sztuki Współczesnej „Znaki Czasu” w Toruniu oraz w siedzibie Fundacji Tumult.
Contract award notice
pursuant to Article 37a of the Act of 25.10.1991 on the organisation and conduct of cultural activities (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 87) excluding the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019. – Public Procurement Law on the basis of Article 11, paragraph 5, point 2, for the provision of a comprehensive service consisting in the arrangement of an exhibition of the works of artist Bill Viola as part of the arrangement of an exhibition presenting the artistic achievements of Bill Viola , together with the provision of technical infrastructure. The exhibition of works will be presented at the 'Znaki Czasu’ Centre for Contemporary Art in Toruń and at the headquarters of the Tumult Foundation.
